Ok thanks for getting back to me. To start of let me tell you that I have never personally used Jevents and I don't know too much about it.
In the Edit Events is the area I am trying to change. But ultimately I will be working on the Pop-up Event tab but let's not confuse things (One thing at a time). I am using the Back end of Joomla & I am working with the Event Edit. (See Picture) [attachment=1:qyqdauhy]<!-- ia1 -->Editortop.PNG<!-- ia1 -->[/attachment:qyqdauhy] Some of these I don't need & would like to Hide. The Event Creator, Categories, Access Level, Colour.
1.The Creator I don't need at all & don't want it to show when people view the event.
2. Categories I will only be using the Default.
3. Access Level will always be Public.
4. State will Always be Published.
5. Color will Always be Default.
If I can't hide these I would like to move them to the bottom of the Edit.

Next are
1: Location (This is good)
2: Contact (Again this is good)
3: Selected People (Can I move this up to before Location?)
4: Agenda & Min (are good)
5: Tags: Can I move this to inline below Agenda & Min?
When Creating or Editing Events these Changes would make it easier to do.
