Is there a way to restrict Joomla Authors or Publishers to only allow to create or edit an event for a certain CATEGORY?
I do know there are 3 levels of permissions. 1. Joomla core, 2. Jevents, and 3. Jevents Categories but i'm a little confused.
My client wants to create joomla user accounts to some of their clients to allow them to post events to only their category.

Yep, sure is.
So you can do it by allow by category or deny, but in the categories you have permissions under here you set the Usergroup that can create or not
