I recently purchased a Club Subscription for JEvents. Since then I have updated my extension, and have since begun experiencing some serious bugs with the extension. I have spent some time tweaking the various options but am not able to rectify the problems.
I have been using JEvents for many years, so I am quite familiar with using it, and haven't been able to get passed these issues. I would therefore like to cancel my Club Subscription, and would like a refund of the payment. If this needs to be a pro-rata refund due to the short time I have bees subscribed, I am fine with this too. I can provide my Club ID Code if necessary.
I did try to contact your team using your "Contact Us" form, however I was met with consistent error messages, hence I'm posting this thread instead in the hopes of getting a response.
