Good Afternoon
We can't save a theater event at a casino. No error message, just won't save it. As a work around, we spelled it "Casin" and could save. Is the word blocked by JEvents, Joomla, Host, Domain Registrar, all of the above? Is there a way to unblock it without making my site vulnerable?
Hello,

I've taken another look and this isn't anything JEvents related. You cannot include Casino in Articles either.

It's a filter/firewall of sorts? Can you check your host isn't restricting anything.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

It's shouldn't be and cannot see any reason why it would be.

Can you provide login details / link in your response (Site Details) So we can test?

Many thanks
Tony

Thanks Tony!
A little update info. I was able to edit it in the backend but can't even save that edit in the frontend. I changed it back to Casin so you could see the problem in the frontend. I tried both Chrome and Firefox with no success. Another note: The location is entered in the "Contact" field and "Contact" has been changed to "Venue" and "Sede" in the language overrides. Long story why, but we have published thousands of events with this configuration with no problem, The fields with problems can be found in the "Data" tab (also couldn't save the google map link in the custom url field below the description because it has Casino in the URL).

Hey Tony!
I'm using TinyMCE. I went to the Plugin and "Use Joomla Text Filter" was turned off. Then I went to Global Config. "Text Filters" and selected "No filtering" for all frontend permissions. Still couldn't edit.
Then went back to TinyMCE and turned on "Use Joomla Text Filter", sitll can't edit.

Is this what you meant?
