Can't access configuration page in back-end

I have installed JEvents on a new site, but for whatever reason, the Configuration page does not load. I get a prompt for 'Config options to show' with the three radio buttons, but nothing else. All plugins, etc. are enabled, and I have no issue with any other JEvents settings page and/or with any other extension in the main Administration area.

I upgraded my Debian server (Jessie) from php 5.6 to php 7.0 and now the config area works properly. Thanks.
