Hello

I need a special view in a calendar. Before signing up, i need to know if this can be done with jevents

it will be a wekkly view . I need the days of the week vertically and custom fields horizontally.

For each day, events would be one under the other

Do you think this can be done using jevents ?

tks !
Hello,

This would require some php/html programming are you familiar with this? The view you purpose is not common to JEvents and thus will need to be added.

Regards
Tony

Tony was using a very subtle British english 'turn of phrase' - To clarify:

"definitely not impossible" = "Can be done but will require some work".

If you have a php coder to help you then it is possible to do this using a template override and the Jevents club silver member custom fields addon.

The data would be all there it would be a matter of presenting the output in a different format.

We could give you some pointers to get your programmer started in the silver member forum and answer questions about the data format/structure etc.

There are articles about layout customisation here (http://www.jevents.net/jevents-15-topme ... entatation) - in particular http://www.jevents.net/jevents-15-topme ... -list-view and http://www.jevents.net/jevents-15-topme ... nthly-view

You should look at the built in layout editor to see if you can use that http://www.jevents.net/jevents-15-topme ... ut-editing

Please follow up in the silver member forum with questions you may have.
