Can Discount Coupons be Applied?

With JEvents RSVP Pro, can the owner create a coupon to be applied to the total fee before paying? With an expiration date? So that she could say something like "Register and pay before Feb 1st and get $20 off the balance due" or similar? The coupon would expire Feb 1st so could not be used on/after that date.
