I am using cron and curl in the recommended manner to update my JEvents Calendar from my Google Calendar using ical. I note a couple of anomalies:
1) If I delete an event in the Google Calendar it does not delete from the JEvents calendar on update.
2) If an event repeats with no end date in the Google Calendar, the repeats are not shown in the JEvents calendar. (If there is an end date - even if it is in the far future - all is well).
Any help to resolve 1) would be welcome - 2) is annoying, but supplying a far-future end date solves the problem
