HI,
mu subscription have expired and now I dont see JEvents - Standard Images/Files Plugin working. I dont think this supposed to happens. I understand that I can not update, but not working is out of the question. Please advice.
Hi,
I found the solution. For some reason Superuser was deselected from the permissions for this Plugin. Now works perfectly.
Sorry and thanks for your time.
Please give us more context - frontend and/or backend? What happens? Did you check for error messages in the javacript console in your browser
Unfortunatelt we can't ever guarantee that versions of JEvents or its addons will work with new releases of Joomla and the addons may need to be updated when we upgrade JEvents. Keeping everything working as Joomla, PHP and MySQL change is a lot of work.

Hi geraint,
the problem is with frontend and backend. My plugin version is 3.6.5. The problem started when I updated JEvents to the latest version, not Joomla. Now when creating events I cannot add/upload image nor I can see the uploaded ones to the front end.

Screenshots? Description of exact problem please?

So are you saying you upgraded the Standard Image and Files and the images disappeared from some events?
What version did you upgrade from and to and when did you do this?
Is the plugin enabled? Do you see the images in the folder /images/jevents/ ?
Many thanks
Tony
