Hi all,

I have the following issue: When trying to add an event using the frontend, the layout on my page is broken, showing only the lower part of the event form (see attached picture). I cannot scroll up further.
If I add "&tmpl=component" to the URL, this issue does not appear. So I guess it is related somehow to my customized Joomla template.

Any idea how I can fix this?
Many thanks.

I would recommend you try JEvents 3.4.0 - which works better with jQuery and Bootstrap based templates in Joomla 3.4+

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it shows the same problem.
By the way, this is not specific to my browser. I also tested with IE11.

Hello,

What happens if you use the default Joomla! Template? Does the issue still occur?

Many thanks

No, it does not. This seems clearly related to the template. However, this issue was not there from the beginning. I am not quite sure when, but it must have been introduced somewhere in an update of Joomla or JEvents.
I do not know enough about Bootstrap to find out the issue myself. So I circumvented the issue by deactivating the popup dialog and using the old way of inserting events.

Hello,

Please can you send me super user logins and I will take a look for you.

It is likely because we have moved to jQuery as per the Joomla! Specification and your site is using jQuery/Bootstrap too.

Thanks
Tony
