Hi all,

I've a problem with time format on front end.
-The setting Time_format doesn't exist in last version.
-When I select "From language file", it removes am/pm but doesn't change 03h to 15h for example.
-I've tried to modify language file but TIME_FORMAT parameter doesn't exist. I've created it and modified JEV_TIME_FORMAT
