Hi,
I have added the ical export to my jevents and imported into my Outlook.
When I add new events they do not appear in my outlook calendar but are in the jevents calendar.
Is this the expected behaviour or should it synch?
Using v 2.5 and jevents 2.2.8

How often does your Outlook update the calendar?

check the ics file generated by JEvents i.e. open the URL in a browser and save the file to your disk and view it rather than opening it in a claendar.
did the event change in the ics file?

Yes the ics file changed but the calendar did not update in Outlook. Why doesn't it update automatically in outlook?

you need to ask Microsoft I'm afraid. Perhaps they do some sort of caching.
Did you try the normal MS solution - close and reopen the app and if that doesn't help reboot your computer. Joking aside - rebooting would ensure that there is no caching and would allow you to know if that was the problem.

Tried in Apple on an ipad, outlook 2010 and no synch. The only way I can get it to sych to outlook is copying the ICAL download URL and pasting into outlook - new web calendar. Then it works - but there must be some sort of problem with ipad and adding the ics directly to outlook.
