Upcoming Events in Location-Detail

Hi,
in the Locations Detail the upcoming events are shown as
Do Mär 07
Titel
Do Mär 08
Title
etc.

How can it be shown as
Do Mär 8 - So Mär 11

In the locations component parameters set the custom format string using the same options you use for the latest events module.

I set (copied) the same Custom string as in Latest EVents but now also every day is shown a singel entry and not only one entry with the from and to Date.

What should i try next?

What I means was not to copy from the latest events module but to use the same syntax - see http://www.jevents.net/jevents-15-topme ... nts-module

Hi,
i set the same String like in the Latest Events Module like this:

${eventDate} [m: - ${endDate}]${title}
${category}


But it seems that this settings take no effect. When i clear the string field also the same output was generated.

The string above brings the correct Display in the Latest-events Module - why not in the Upcoming events of the Locations ?

What can i try now?

Please make sure you check the 'use settings below' option too in the locations component option

The Option was checked.
I found out that in the Menu-Item also the custom String has to be set.
There was the option "Use Component settings" checked but it seems that this had no effect.
Now i made the custom-string also in the menu-item and its OK.
Maybe the Option "Use component setting" works not ok.
