Postby adsoma » Thu Feb 21, 2013 11:14 pm

Hi, the RT-fresco template seems that has a conflict with jevent component.
The "save, apply and cancel" buttons looks bad.

I installed Rt_versatility_iii and works great, but I would like to use RT-fresco template,
What should I do to fixed?

There is a CSS clash - you can use the Firebug addon for Firefox or the Chrome dom inspector to see what is driving the styling and apply a suitable override in your template's css file.

This is the sort of specific technical advice we provide to club members.

Hi, I really appreciate your answer, but I am an expert in Joomla administration, but I am not a programmer, however I can fix some minors problems, but in this case I cannot find the problem. I tried with firebug with no success :(

If you can take a look for me should be great.

I see always looking to get money.
I am using the Jevent and I getting problems in a demo page, and you are asking for "membership" what can I expect in a future problems?
ohhh that sort of specific technical advice we provide to club members but only "Silver Member" (then Gold member, an so on)

If the demo is not working fine (for any reason) and I ask for support in the TESTING forum, and the response is BUY THE MEMBERSHIP.
We are testing and giving feedback to improve the component.

Anyways, Thank you
Bye now

The problem is specific to your site and its template and I gave you broad brush instructions for how to resolve it.

Its not possible for us to anticipate the interaction with every commercial template - what I was saying is that we provide a higher level of service for club members whereby we will look at their specific site and give specific problem solving instructions.
