The problem with the installation of Joomla 3+PostgreSQL

When I try to install JEvent on PostgreSQL have displayed the following error:

How to fix this error?

Unfortunately we do not have the programming resources to support databases other than mySQL so its quite possible that JEvents will not work on Postgres at all.
