Edit popup with no links

I click the edit button for a page and it does not show me any clickable links like my other site. This is what I see: http://screencast.com/t/I1kWGbMp. Any ideas? It is joomla 1.5.26 and all my other joomla 1.5.26 sites work with this same version. ANy ideas? It is jevents 2.2.1

the links in the popup cannot be clicked?

If that is the case then something transparent in your template has been place on top of the dialog box. These links should be clickable.

Correct, that is why I am writing. Because it does not function. What should I be looking for that would do this? Jquery conflict? Javascript? Mootools? There isn't a transparency problem.

Using chrome inspector or Firebug right click on the links - are they proper <a> tags?

Do you see any javascript error messages?
