HTTP 500 error after upgrade from 2.2.8 to 3.0.4

Hi,


After upgrading from JEvents 2.2.8 to 3.0.4 I get an HTTP 500 error when I try to open the calendar from my frontend menu.

Any clues?

The result I get is to long to be posted in the forum, but the last line is a fatal error.

Interesting... It's loading a groggily we which managed locations fixed...
Can you first try reinstalling managed locations?

Failing that remove the geo filter file for now? If you get another error you will see the path after the error just temporarily remove the files to get the site back online.

Thanks for your replies.

Reinstall doesn't work. I renamed the geo filter file, and as you suspect another file will be pointed out as Fatal error. Tried to unpublish the Managed Location plugin and component, but then I get Fatal error on Peoplesearch.php instead.

I also saw that the Google map doesn't show in the backend when adding or editing a location.

This is my development site so it doesn't have to be working immediately.

Do you want to have access to the site to have a look?

I have fixed this on your site.. I just need to speak with Geraint about the Managed Locations add-on tomorrow but the next release should prevent the issue occurring again.

You will need the latest Managed People Addon when you upgrade the live site. This should be released tomorrow.
