what version of JEvents have you installed and what version of Joomla are you running?
finally what version of PHP is on your server
My hebrew is not good but I think T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM implies there is an unexpected double colon (::)

You need php 5.3.1 at least to run a Joomla! 3.0 site:
