Manage Events ->` 500 - An error has occurred.

Hello All:

We recently installed JEvents and when we click on "Manage Events" we get a "500 - An error has occurred" message. We have enabled authorized users, tried to reinstall, added users etc with no success. Please help us!

Can you please provide more info about your system?

When requesting support, please copy and paste the 'Version information for Support Forum' from the JEvents Control Panel into your post. If you cannot see this, please enable JEvents project news within it's configuration. Also, if you get a 500 Error, Enable Joomla! Maximum Error Reporting and view the page again, you should now have a more detailed error which will help us to resolve you issue quickly.

Hi Bill,

As carcam states above.. that would be really helpful.

I suspect we will get a much better idea of the error when you enable maximum error reporting.

Hello Btozzo,

My first issue is you have RSVP Pro 1.5.5

Yet on JEvents 3.0.0 ?

I believe you need the latest RSVP Pro 1.7.0 but ideally 1.8 which will be out in a day or two.

Alright Tony. We had a web developer (A BAD ONE) build the site and that is what was on it when he transferred the files. I'll update and let you know.
