Sort order not working in Jevents 2.2.8 & mod_jevents 2.2.5

Postby charlcf » Tue Nov 20, 2012 9:50 am

Hi All

Events in mod_jevents_latest are displaying in the wrong order and i've cannot get it to display in the correct order?

In JEvents it displays:
March event
June event
Oct event

In the module it displays:
Oct event
June event
March event

Does anybody knows how to change the order please?
Is there any other additional information that you require from me?

Thanks,
Charl

Hello,

You have a sort reserve order in the module config, is this ticked?

Regards
Tony

Hi Tony

Thanks for your response.
1. I changed the display mode to be: 2(nearest events).
2. Changed the amount of the next days to be 365.
3. Modified the code within latest.php (default) for case 2:

$endDate = date('Y-m-d', JevDate::mktime(0, 0, 0, 12, 31, 2020)) . " 23:59:59";

Sort reverse order was not ticked & this feature only worked now after the code modifications.
All is working fine now.

Thanks,
Charl
