Error on Time Label to show in front end

Is this in the event detail view! Have you seen the JEvents->Ebent Detail view? / Views?

Thats right, Is in Event Detail View and month Calendar View its the same, if you can see the link above, the STARTTIME AND ENDTIME Labels do not display the hour, and I was checkink DB and the infromation was record, if I want to edit the event, the time input is showed

What server are you running on? Local or unix?

The server is Linux whit Apache, my host provider is siteground PHP Version 5.2.17

Is it possible that may have a content plugin that is stripping percentage marks (%) from your content/articles?
