Hello,
Look at:
JEvents->Layout Defaults-> List Row, change it and save it. Then enable it.
You could also look at changing the time format strings in the language file.
Regards
Tony

I tried to modify language files both zh-TW.ini and zh-TW.com_jevents.ini like that:
DATE_FORMAT_0="%A, %d %B %Y" change to
DATE_FORMAT_0="%A, %B %d日 %Y"
----------------------------------------
DATE_FORMAT_LC=%A, %d %B %Y
DATE_FORMAT_LC1=%A, %d %B %Y change to
DATE_FORMAT_LC=%A, %B %d日 %Y
DATE_FORMAT_LC1=%A, %B %d日 %Y
However,the date format didn't update on frontpage.Is what is wrong?
Regards.

If you are using the date format fields then you need to tell JEvents to use the date format settings from the language files. First tab of JEvents config I think
