Hello,
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Joomla! 1.5.26
2. Make sure you have installed the latest version of JEvents either 1.5.6 or 2.2.8.
3. Make sure you are running the script from your Joomla 1.5 installation base directory.
Regards
tony

I have joomla 1.5.26 on the source site, and Jevents 2.2.8.
The new site is joomla 2.5.7 and jevents 2.2.8
I'm running the script from the joomla 1.5 site
Should the jevents on the 1.5 site be 1.5.6 instead of 2.2.8?

Hello,
No, everything sounds correct. Did you dump all the JEvents tables from the 2.5 site before running the script.
Also, make sure multi-category support on the new 2.5 site is NOT enabled.
Regards
Tony

Thank you - the problem was enabling multi-category events on the 2.5 site. I disabled that and started again and was able to migrate the data.

Now if you re-enable multi-cat support now that data has been migrated it will update the old events to support multi-categories.
