Menu Box with link to Events Calendar

Hi,

JEvents 2.2.7
Joomla 2.5.6

How would you create a menu box on the left of the page, that would just have an image in it.
When the image is click it would then bring you to the Events Calendar.

Can you please specify, do you want the images to be events? or just a link to the calendar?

If you simply, create a custom html module, find the link to the calendar and place the image in the module wrapped in a link to the calendar it will work.

The image is just going to be a static image, linked to the calendar
