How to build menu items direct to event

Seems like a silly question...
But how do I build a menu item direct to an event? There does not appear to be a menu object type to suit** - just event categories etc.

Obviously I can build an external link but prefer to build using a menu object if possible. That way I can also load modules based on this menu option (showing sponsor's addvertisments when on a particular event only).

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hello,

This is not possible with the JEvents Menu Items. You would need to externally link or use the JEvents Latest Events Module.

Actually it is possible in JEvents 2.2.2c - you select 'Event Detail' as the menu item type.

You have it there (no 6) - but for some reason your translation file is not up to date so you are not seeing the correct english version.
