Past events calendar small
JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

Where did you tell the calendar not to show past events? I can't remember that option in the mini calendar.
By the way your Joomla! version is extremely old and insecure you should at least upgrade your system to Joomla! 1.5.26. Obviously, creating a backup first just in case some extension has problems with the update.

In the tab Year / Category View on the configuration of the component states show past events, and I said no.
You can hide past events in the mini calendar?
I'll try to update ...

That tab is only relevant to the Year/Category View of the component, but it does not affect the module.
There is a Time limit plugin that allows you to restrict the events shown of your site and that is available to Silver and Gold Club members. This plugin has a global effect, meaning that using it will constrain all the Events listing in the frontend to the restrictions you place in it.
