Fix for JCKEditor 3.4.6
JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

Fix for JCKEditor 3.4.6
by Geraint » Wed Jun 29, 2011 8:16 am
JCKEditor 3.4.6 introduced a bug which means you will not be able to insert fields into the layout editor in JEvents. This bug (and a fix) has been reported but this has not been fixed yet - see http://www.joomlackeditor.com/forum/38- ... ields#2772
If you use JCKEditor 3.4.6 then you should unzip and upload this file to plugins/editors/jckeditor/includes/ckeditor/htmlwriter/helper.php

Actually I am fighting with the basic requirement and right permission of your part.
Is there a fast way to insurre that php_suexec, PHPsuExec or suPHP is enabled?
If not enabled, which pick, and how to enable it easely for the following config :
Joomla! version one.6.1
Server type PHP Version five.3.2-1ubuntu4.7 + Plesk ten
Editor version: JCKeditor three.4.6
Thanks in advance.
