Update Site Broken

The manifest.xml file refers to an update server at the following url:
http://www.jevents.net/updates/jevents-update.xml

However this url contains bogus information. Please update the contents of this url, so Joomla can show automatic update notifications.

Hello,

We do not use the Joomla! notification system. We use our own which can be found in the Jevents Control Panel if you cannot see it there are two possibilities.

1. You have not enabled JEvents Project News in the JEvents Config.

2. There are no new updates.

Regards
Tony

JEvents 3.0 (out in a couple of months) will support the Joomla update server.

It took us a while to figure out a mechanism to maintain separate update versions for JEvents (free and club previews) and all the club addons.

JEvents club members can get priority forum support at the Support Forum. As well as access to a variety of custom JEvents addons and benefits.
