Mini-calendar specific hyperlink
JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

Did you copy the folders from the default install?
So you still had the /tmpl folder inside? if so that will not work.
You need to copy the files from tmpl to the folder above

I did that.
That's how it worked last year, when Geraint told me that there were no tmpl/ in the override path. But even if I did the same, this new override does'nt work.

I have an over ride working perfectly well in this structure:
templates/my_templates/html/mod_jevents_cal/file.php
Can you try that?
Failing that, can you please upload or link a copy of the file you are using? it is possible it is out dated.
Regards
Tony

That is the path I used.
Here is the default calendar.php file. I use Geraint view, but I have also a calendar.php in a geraint folder with a link to the default.
By the way: the strangest thing... Since Geraint helped me with my database (and it was perfect when I configured it afterward), I can't even see now JEvents in my components...

Can you try replacing:
class DefaultModCalView
with
class OverrideDefaultModCalView
Ok, if your menu item is not there.. the database will need to be configured to pick it up. either than or use the cleanup script but that means wiping the db.. You might want to pm Geraint.
Thanks
Tony

Hi Geraint,
Since you helped me with my database (and it was perfect when I configured it afterward), I can't even see now JEvents in my components...
What could be the problem?
