I have jomla 1.7.2 and I upgrade my JEvents to v2.0.9 and now I get this error when editing old and new events in frontend.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home/certifi/public_html/components/com_jevents/views/icalevent/view.html.php on line 1
Ty in advance.

That is very strange - there is a stray character in the referenced view.html.php file but its infront of the <?php so it should not have any effect on the script.
In fact it doesn't throw an error on my development machine or www.jevents.net. Nevertheless since its causing you guys problems I'll release version 2.0.10 today with this character removed.

With the new version 2.0.10 problem solved.
Ty for the support.
EDIT: Now in backend in configuration area all options are there, but the layout is unconfigured and is no longer in tabs.
Editing in frontend is working fine now, but also no tabs (common and calendar) in the editor.
