Access Levels

Hello,
this is the first line of an import .csv file:
CATEGORIES,SUMMARY,LOCATION,DESCRIPTION,CONTACT,X-EXTRAINFO,DTSTART,DTEND,TIMEZONE,RRULE
Gottesdienste Windhoek,Wochenschlussandacht,Susanne-Grau Heim,,Herr Bierberg,,20111104T160000,20111104T160000,Africa/Windhoek,
When importing this file, JEVENTS sets the access level incorrectly. I want it to be public (and I indicated it as such when importing). Is this a bug?
Also, the dates in the events are set one day further, i.e. DTEND is taken as November 5, 2011 and not November 4, as indicated in the file. Why this?
