How to insert an image into an event

Hi I'm not able to insert an image into an event,
I copied the image in my web space, and when I click to insert image I write the link of the image and I see the preview, but when I save the event the image disappears.

Hi you need the simple image add on .

But how can I get the zoom effect similar to the demo when I click into the image?

Once you have the Simple Image plugin installed and working.

You would go to Jevents Component, Layout Defaults and click Event Detail.

And add the required functions from the drop down menu.

Again this is part of the Simple Image plugin.
