Autorisation rights bugs?

Autorisation issues:
1.
In configuration>permissions I have to give "Configure" rights before the usergroup can acces the manage componenten on the frontend. Should n`t that be "Access Component" ? As "Configure" is meant for the "options" menu.
2.
If I give a group in configuration>permissions "Publish/Manage Events" and deny them for one category they still can unpublish items in this category.

1. The permission to access the manage events should be the ability to create an event.
2. What do you have set for 'publish own events'? Are these events that the user created themselves or created by other users?

1.
Your right for own events. But then you cannot edit events from other people*.
I have set the permission "Publish/Manage Events" on category level but the user still cannot edit events of other people, nothing changes. To allow editing events from other people I also have to allow "Configure" before the events from other people appear in the frontend admin panel.
* The other people are in the same group.
2. It was an event from an other user.
