'Apply' buttons

There are a number of pages within Jevents, RSVP Pro, etc where there is only a 'SAVE' option.

We need more 'APPLY' buttons so that when we are setting the system up we don't have to keep going back in to make a minor adjustment/test/adjust/test etc.
