Actually the only thing that needs Club Membership are the help documents. If you are familiar with template overrides or has some code skills, you may be able to do it without that help.

You do not require an specific addon to accomplish that.

Okay, but the documentation is for bronze membership minimum, so I will take the gold membership, but It will be complicated, because I work for a public office and the payment on a website is not easy with the Public Treasury

If necessary you can pay via international bank transfer. To do this you would need to make an order but when you get redirected to paypal abandon the order at this point.

Then reply to the pending order confirmation saying you would like to pay by bank transfer and I'll send you the BIC/IBANN numbers. The once the payment is confirmed I'll manually upgrade your account.
