German translation

the included german tranlation in the JEvents 1.5 alpha package not really worked for me.
There were some expressions missing.

Here I give the community the completely checked admin language file

... and the updated frontend language file ...

Hallo,

zwei deutsche Sprachfiles im ZIP - hier habe ich die letzten unübersetzten Teile für den neuen 1.5 übersetzt, etwas holprig vielleicht aber besser als der Sprachenmix ... (auch in /administrator/language/de-DE und language/de-DE einfügen) ...

Here are the two *.ini files (the files for use in the standard languagefolders language/de-DE and administrator/language/de-DE are not fully updated to the newest version).
