Manage Events DB error

Jevents has been running for a couple of years on Joomla 1.0.15 without any problems.

My web site provider just moved me from a older server to a new one that is suppose to give me better/faster service!

Now when I try to access Manage Events I get the following error:

DB function failed with error number 1054
Unknown column 'a.checked_out' in 'on clause' SQL=SELECT a.*, cc.name AS category, u.name AS editor, g.name AS groupname FROM jos_events AS a, jos_categories AS cc LEFT JOIN jos_users AS u ON u.id = a.checked_out LEFT JOIN jos_groups AS g ON g.id = a.access WHERE a.catid=cc.id ORDER BY a.catid LIMIT 0,30

Any help on resolving this problem will be greatly appreciated!!

does your jos_events table have a column called "checked_out"? If not try creating it. I have no idea how it would get dropped in the move to a new server...

There is a "checked_out" column in the jos_event table!

I decided to uninstall the version of jevents that I had and install version 1.4.2-1.

Every thing seemed to go OK except that the calendar or latest events do not appear on the web page.

Have any ideas on what I need to do to get these things to show up on web page?
