Page Break

Hi,
I have created an event and in my activity text box I insert a page break using the button next to "Insert Image" called "Insert Page Break". Once I save and go to the front end to test I can see the first page but once I want to navigate to the second page I get a error saying that this page can only be viewed by registered users.

The event is set to access level public. Why does the first page display but not the second.
