Not all expressions are translated but this is a solid start for managing site with Latvian frontend.
I translated this way because I needed calendar interface in Latvian ASAP
Maybe someday I will finish translating it fully or someone will pick off where I left.

I changed filename to comply with new system.
Remember to place this file as follows:
joomla root/language/lv-LV/lv-LV.com_jevents.ini
