adding events

I am new to JEvents.
Is there an option that allows the public to add events without registration then the administrator to publish the events later?

The idea is that we've got a global calendar on our website where everybody can add his events.

There is a club addon that allows anonymous users to create events and another that allows you to make events private.

These require JEvents 1.5 for Joomla 1.5
