Error with the timeformat in "Latest JEvents"-Module

Hello,
I'm investigating JEvents with the "Latest JEvents"-Plugin and the german language pack.
The timeformat ist not working, you can see the error on the jpg. How can I resolve this problem? (am/pm-format I can't use in in my language)
