error could not load NL pacage .5.3_nl-NL

I am trying to install the dutch translation and get the error message Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

wher to i load is

Sorry - the file doesn't have the xml file in it.

If you unzip the file and upload the translation files to languages/nl-NL/ and administrator/languages/nl-NL/ that will work fine.

Dear Gerain

in the zipfile there is a folder admin and a folder language are the both placed as it is in the folder /administrator/language or just the file nl-NL.com_jevents

in the folder Language i have a subfolder en-GB and nl-NL and PDF_fonts

these question are done out of unexperience with the folderstructure and that i want to sure how to install

The admin ini file goes to the administrator/langugages folder and the site ini file goes to the langugages folder
