If you are using JCE, there are two ways of getting DOCMAN links nicely in. There is the DOCMAN editor extension that works with most patched versions of JCE. If you are a docman subscriber, you can add docman to their advanced links browser. On my site, my editors prefer the DOCMAN extension. I like the JCE one so we have both.

Below the edit area are the three buttons, Save, Preview, Submit. On the right is Topic Review and teh Smilies. Below everything are the tick box Options and that's it!!

That's fine now. However the reason for the upload has partly gone away. Another post indicated editor options to add a Doclink tab in Event Edit. I haven't quite understood them but it's not an urgent issue. Having an Event_link tab in article edit would also be good.
