Don't Need Subscription just Smart Phone Layout

How do I purchase just the "Smart Phone Layout"? I am not at all interested in ANY form of subscription.

A silver membership would allow you to download and use the smartphone (and other club layouts http://www.jevents.net/products/club-layoutsthemes). You would not need to renew the membership to continue to use the downloads but you would loose access to the support forums and downloads of new releases.

Its not possible to purchase just one addon I'm afraid.

That's too bad, $10-$20 for one module would be justifiable, but $56 - It's more practical and cheaper for me to just build it myself at that price point.
