Last Monday of the Month

I am having trouble figuring out how to set an event to the Last "specific" day of the month, for example I want the event to show on the last Monday of every month.

Slightly confused with the whole week 4 thing and week 5 thing..

Hello,

There are some times 4 weeks in a month and 5 weeks in a month all dependent on the months start and count.

What you want, is a monthly repeating event on a monday, counting backwards on week 1.

Therefore week one becomes the last week in the month. as it is counting back from the 31st/30th opposed to from the 1st.
