To confirm are on Joomla! 2.5?
Yes I know this place but nothing gives permission to read, it is only permission to
- go admin
- create event
- edit its own events
- edit all events
- publish
- erase
- configuration
DO I have to give one of these rights to be able to read ?
Public have no right
Registred have no right
I use Joomla 2.5.9 (last one)
thanks to you for your help
[EDIT] I created a "jevent" group
I gave all rights to this group (like super user)
I put a user in that group (registred + jevent)
connected to the frontend with that user, I see nothing
connected as super user : I see my test event
so rights in jevent/permission are not the solution to this problem

Hello,
No you wanted people to see other people when creating events that is what I suggested the above for.
No to read it's set on the Joomla! Default Access Level Settings.
It is definitely a configuration issue of your installation.
What version of JEvents are you using?
Many thanks
Tony

So why when i set the latest jevents module in public access (with no connection) we only see title of module and no event ?
Even when I create a group and give all jevents oermission to a user (admin included), this user only see title too.

What is the access level of the events, categories and calendars?
Are they all published?

I set it on registred and everything works fine now
