Match cell text color to Category color

I have 7 categories with 7 different colors. I'd like to change the cell text color per category to match my category colors. Anyone know how to do this?

This is possible but would require a template override.

You will want to first start by looking at:

Thanks but I can't even find the file it's referring to plus I don't know what to change. Also want to have complete event listed in calendar and not get cut off. If I join the club will i get more detailed instructions?
