Pre-sales Questions

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but I have a couple of "pre-sales" questions. Who do I contact? I run a couple of small non-profit websites, one for a church, and one for a rescue mission which currently uses Jevents Free. I'm considering a club membership, but have to make sure that the benefits and price will justify the budget expense. I am answerable to two different finance committees, so any "hard evidence" I can present upfront in the budget request is a big help. If someone could contact me with the appropriate place to pose my questions, I would appreciate it.
