overlapping events

Hi all,
I played already around with the overlapping events options on and off in config, calender and category, but it is still not working the way I want.
I prefer only a warning for overlapping results, but saving is still possible. as far as I know that is not possible.
What I need is that some categories can't have overlapping event with some other categories. so: catA could be same time as catB, but catC cant be same time as catA or catB.
Which settings should I use for this?
Thanks.
Rik

Hello Rik,
Jevents Event Details Configuration set:
Check for specific conflicting events before saving? - Yes
Check for any conflicting events before saving? - No
Then in catC open it up and set Check for overlapping events? - Yes.
Regards
Tony

Thanks Tony,
That's exactly what I expected. But also what I did.
I just tested again, but catC is still saved as overlapping.
For an example in my test site: http://test.ggleiderdorp.nl/index.php/k ... 12/11/07/-
Test on 7NOV, other days the settings are also changed after saving the events.
Any other possible solutions?
Thanks,
Erik
