I would like to when somebody record a event, send an e-mail for admin user.

There is a config option for this in the event creation tab of the JEvents config.

These tabs are there:
Component, SEF/Performance Options, Permissions, Ical Import/Export, Event Editing, Event Detail View, Main Monthly Calendar, Year/Category View, RSS, Calendar, Latest Events

Event Editing.

Notify JEvents Admin and Category Admin? option.

Hello sikr,

You need to download the mini calendar module from the JEvents Downloads section where you downloaded the main component.
